..after only 20 hours nearly all 50 spots are claimed already. Be fast if you want to be on board!
Link's Blacklist is the big Game-Art-HQ.com Art Collaboration and Tribute to the many Monsters and Bosses of the Legend of Zelda games.
It was started in June 2012 and first published on our website http://www.game-art-hq.com/links-blacklist-a-tribute-to-the-dark-side-of-hyrule/ in November 2012. After the big interest and popularity it got through websites like ZeldaDungeon, Kotaku and many other websites we continued this project with a 2nd round from November 2012-May 2013. Rules were changed, artists had to claim characters not illustrated before for Link's Blacklist and the number of covered characters raised to around 110 now.
It is time for the third round of Link's Blacklist now, after seeing a raise of interest and very positive reactions by the participating artists as well as international websites like destructoid.co and many more writing about us and prai
Some works that have already been submitted can be found here:
Link's Blacklist Round III - The Art (Aug. Upd)21.August, 36 of 49 new artworks were submitted 1 artists had to remove his claim due to a sickness (good health to you!), the deadline ends on the 31st August.
The third round of the most popular Game-Art-HQ art project and collaboration started on the 2nd June and endures till end of August and over 25 artworks were made for it already!
This time, 50 instead of 40 artists could claim a spot and still it took only 48 hours till they were taken. It is NOT possible to participate in this Round anymore.
Again a very colorful mix of artists are on board, their submissions range /wil range from traditional drawings, 3D models, digitaly drawn art and one or two crafted Zelda characters will be featured too it seems.
The focus this time is heavily on the normal enemies of the Zelda games since a ton of Bosses were drawn already, this time Zelda: Phantom Hourglasses is finally featured too with a good couple of claims.
