Yayyyyy! Fuzzy yarn just begs to have soot sprites made with it. An army is VERY good, I don't think you can ever have enough of these guys. x3 I love their little eyes.

I totally agree :D I want more! But I still hate working with fuzzy yarn.. I'm glad you noticed the eyes :D I was trying to make them look a little more interesting by making the eyes different for each one :)

Those are simply adorable! Did you make them pompom style or make your own pattern? I would love to make these in my white fuzzy yarn :)

Thank you! I made them free-hand :) They're not too difficult since they're just round balls. The hardest part is not being able to see the stitches very well, but it's quite do-able :)

Did you use a smaller hook, or the recommended size?

I'm not sure what you mean? I made these freehand (no pattern) and I used a size G hook. I hope that answers your question?

I think that's what I meant to say @_@ I wasn't terribly coherent with my post. Yeah, I was asking if you freehanded the pattern or if you had gotten it from someone. And G Hook is good to know, cause I think the yarn is considered bulky, and that they recommend a much larger hook.

No problem :) Someone suggested that I try crocheting regular yarn with the fuzzy yarn to add bulk actually. The yarn itself is very thin in my opinion, almost like string except with strands coming off. I haven't gotten a chance to try this technique out yet, but it sounded like a really good idea. I think it might help with the tangling and with seeing the stitches?

haha thank you!! :) I noticed that you're from France so I don't know if you have.. Walmart, Michael's, Jo-Anne's.. most craft stores here usually have it :/ If not, maybe you can try buying it online? Sorry I can't be of more help. I hope you find it!

Thanks we don't have this kind of store in France. Those I found in France aren't so fluffy so I will still looking around and maybe buying it online. Thanks for the answer !
