OH it looks so plushyyyyy! i love the 2D-3D effect going on, cause poptarts lie face down after all, and so must nyantarts! especially love his 2D rainbow fart (i like how it almost looks like a mini rug too :D) i'd say he's almost cuter than the original (mainly cause it's mute ;P)
