I'm probably not going to be making much stuff for a while (or at least not too many challenging things). I do need to keep myself sane as I start school though so hopefully I get the chance to finish SOMETHING from time to time.. maybe finish some projects that I started way back..

Anyway, here is a "medium" Mr. Whaley for my brother.. again.. He is seriously obsessed I tell you.. Oh, and my new kitties :) for size comparison :D

I'm comparing your cats to those and thinking, "WOAH!" x3 Even the "medium" one is a good size for what it is. Talk about a lot of stitches on that big one! These are so adorable, their eyes just make me go, "dawwww" so much. :'D

Thanks for the comment! :D Yeah, most of my stuff is pretty big for amigurumi? The "medium" whale is the average size of most of my stuff hehe..

I just adopted these two cats :) I'm not ashamed to admit that I'm a crazy cat lady :D They're just so cuteeee

I like big amigurumi, but I admire it more because I'm rubbish at shaping larger stuff! D: But you make them look so great. I'm doing something wrong since I always end up with lumpy looking stuff if I make it even as large as your medium whale.

I adore cats. I'm sort of the crazy rabbit man, but I do love cats and see no shame in giving more a home! They are absolutely adorable!

haha nah my large stuff ends up a little lump sometimes too.. especially that really huge one. I just kind of squish them into the right shape? :D For things not quite so large though, I found that if I started stuffing and it was lumpy, I'd just take all the stuffing out again and kind of stuff from outside to inside so that it would look smoother from the outside.

That's a really good trick, stuffing the outside and working to the inside. It's always tricky with some of the large items, but you do a really good job with them!
